I'm a new user here and i've some question. I've download a lot of great plugins from here.
I Just watched a 3D tutorial video and see something interesting about the toolbar.
I've capture the toolbar image and i'm very curious.

I just want to know the name of the toolbar. Is it a Plugins or only available for Sketchup Pro Version? If it a plugins where can i find it?
