I installed the plugin but it is not animating... I followed all the instructions... also tried different values, components/groups/ just planes... still it is not animating.. does this require any other supporting plugin to work.?

Looking for a particle system plug in
hello! i am making a sculpture. for which i wanted to make emiting effect from 3d particles. can anyone suggest me any plugin that will help me achive the effect... preferably using something like "3d particle flow/emitting system"
i tried using "lazy scripts" but i couldnt understand its working. so if anyone knows anything about that eventhatwould be helpful...
