There are two "Library" Folders on the Mac. For some reason they decided to hide the User's Library Folder, which is where the plugins should go (under Application
Support).
To get there use the "Go" menu "Go to Folder.." command. Type"~/Library"
But to load, follow TIG's directions, it's easy.
