Thanks for pointing us to this link, it was
just fantastic to watch. I think both rider
      and horse enjoyed the performance.

It also has to be said the YouTube has some
excellent stuff on it also πŸ˜‰

    • RE: Magnectic Levitation wind power generator (Aug 2007)

Boo, I'm trying to find some dimensions on this thing.
Yes, it is massive, at least 100m high, possibly more!
Yet again, they state it can power 750,000 homes! This
equates to a decent size city in this neck of the woods.

I imagine it should be quite enough if I understand the
technology involved. It still would have to be a better
option than lots of masts in scenic areas, as is the case
      over here at present.

Its good to see that the Chinese are leading the field in
this technology, better than burning coal or worse, oil.

This technology looks promising and far
more economical with land (area) required.

    • RE: Bucks for starbux: go juice for the keyboard jockey (July07)

Similar situation here. Ten years ago it would
have been unheard of, paying €2-3 for a plain
coffee. But its quite acceptable these days.

And a lot of Pubs would much prefer to sell
coffee all day long against booze. I wonder
why, anything to do with bottom line profit
      margins πŸ˜†

! I'd say send the LL a letter, baffle him with science / regs
and hope for the best. If no go, try to see if he will go 50/50
      on the plumber.

    • RE: Re: A Google Earth Question!

I was thinking that this was the case Gai.

It would be nice if Google Earth could give an indication of what areas they intend covering in the future.

While there has been very little increase in Irish coverage I do notice a lot happening
      in the UK.

Maybe there is such an Information place ?

      Hi Guys,

I was wondering do Google Earth offer more detailed
      coverage on the 'pay' subscriptions?

I'm particularly interested in various parts of Ireland.

    • This is what the Cayenne should have looked like!

      Hi Guys,

While checking out the latest car scene I came across the BMW Concept X6. The blurb goes,
'Concept innovation of the world’s first Sports Activity CoupΓ©'.
      http://www.motorauthority.com/news/concept-cars/revealed-bmw-x6-sports-activity-coupe-concept/

I imagine Porsche are thinking that this is how the Cayenne should look instead of an up-market VW Touareg. It will be interesting to see if they hold onto the Cayenne market once the X6 is launched.

As Craig says, it is being sorted out, hopefully
      sooner rather than later.
