think i've got this finished now (old post in the old forum: http://www.sketchucation.com/scf/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=3618 ) I'd like to play more.. but dont have the time..i dig it though.

yeah...i think it has to do with converting metric to feet/inches... i think it interprets the decimaled number wrong... or the original modeller did i've had this problem with sketchup components occasionally as well..
