Hello,

I have a windows Vista with the following description:
Intel Core Duo CPU T6400 2GHz,4GB of Memory(RAM), 32-bit OS

I have a file that has a size of 263MB and I am trying to purge it in order to lightened it. To subsequently render the images in Vray. The problem is everytime I try to purge all components or one at a time the computer freezes and this window appears: error failed to save dump file to....App\Local\Temp\sketchup....and when trying to purge it again sometimes it can also give a Bug Splat.

Can someone please tell me what is causing this and how it can be solved?
