Nice design. You definitely need to increase the surface that your slides are sitting on. It looks as if you could only get one screw into each trestle top. Recently we have been hinging our leaves in the self storing tables so that you don't see the aprons haning down. We use those rare earth magnets to keep the aprons in place.

RE: Twilight...gotta love it.
Thanks everyone. I've got a long ways to go before I even get close to your skill levels. That material is from http://www.dackor.com/colors/index.html. It was posted by joppermann a few months ago in a link for texture sources.

I've been using Kerkythea. Twilight is just so much more user friendly.

Twilight...gotta love it.
I just got Twilight a few days ago, and I am already loving it. Not the best renders, but pretty good for me.

Which Laptop to buy?
First off, let me say thank you to everyone who contributes/posts to this site. I have learned alot from you all. I am looking to buy a laptop for sketchup, photoshop, kerky, and some occasional autocad.(when forced to use it) Currently I am running a five yr old dell desktop with 4 gig and a decent graphics card. I would prefer a desktop, but actually need a laptop. With that being said, I am looking to get some better rendering speed out of a machine. I have been looking at dell m4500, xps 16, hp elite book. My main problem is the wife wants to keep it under 2000, but I am willing to go closer to 3000. Any suggestions? Is it worth going to the intel 820 over the 720? What about an SSD harddrive. Please help. This money is burning a hole is my pants. Thanks

RE: Woodworking tools in SketchUp
What about a ruby that creates dovetail drawer boxes? Maybe with a few options of applied fronts/vs. intregal, and having the ability to offset the width to accomodate different hardware. Just a thought, looking forward to hearing more about it.
