Here is a detail of a project that uses those two textures I posted earlier. I exported this at 9000x6000 pixels for a final image size of 3000x2000, reduced in photoshop. This mitigates the dreaded moire effect .

Here are a couple I have. The round punched texture was found on the old sketchup forums, but I can't remember who posted it. The wire mesh is one that I made for a project last year. Both of these have transparency in the surface but will cast a solid shadow. The only way around that as far as I can tell is to actually model all of the perforations in your surface. Hope this helps anyhow.
