Well, my mom has this thing called a surger(call me ignorant, but I have no idea what it does). It looked complex enough so I thought I would give it a try . This is just a WIP... I'll post the final image as soon as I'm finished!

Wow. Looks good, although I would suggest using a SSS mat on her skin, especially for this kind of lighting.
