i just realized what the cloud.rb is for and since i don't use it, a guide probably won't help me much. i do love the look though.
I think Gaieus used a bumpmap with a cloudstructure. I also used one for my tramway project. I've made a seemless texture with Photoshop and mapped it with twilight over the surface. If you want, I can upload the texture tonight.

RE: 2-storey modern asian interior (wip)
The image is getting better and better. I like it very much. The rug is a bit too small the chairs should be able to stand completely on it.

RE: [WIP] 1: Renovation of an oldfashioned corridor
concepts for reconstruction are made:

RE: [WIP] 1: Renovation of an oldfashioned corridor
OK, parents moved and made place for the next generation to move in.

Yes, indeed, that would be better. But note that the population of the town at the time was mainly German and they are a pretty tidy nation!

RE: [WIP] 1: Renovation of an oldfashioned corridor
This is the "after"- render!
No no, don't worry. Here's a nice detail rendered with twilight Preset #10 for 5 hours

[WIP] 1: Renovation of an oldfashioned corridor
I'm going to post a couple of renders of an project. I need some pictures for my company of interiors before and after renovating. The first of these projects is an oldfashioned corridor of an typical german appartement. It is going to be completely rebuilded. Most of the models are of the warehouse and modified

Great work Jo
Could I suggest that you consider showing some wear and tear (dirt) on the tram. I think it would blend in better with the scene. I am not sure how this could be done. Maybe others might have ideas.
Mike
Yes that was my idea too, but I also didn't know how to do it. I thought about the bumpmap of Gaieus' "Fachwerkhaus" that I've seen here a few days ago. The tram looks to plane and to clean.

RE: Sketchup / Artlantis / Lumion / Octane - el azul estudio
wow. I'm always totally impressed of your work.

RE: Twilight project
Yes IES would be the next lesson for me.
I'm loving it playing around with the lights. I've just added many flourescent lights and a new spotlight at the neightbour room.
here's another render...

"please keep distance, large curves rash"
don't know if google translated right, I think rash is the wrong word.

RE: Twilight project
I just played around with the spotlights, edited the emitter and turned the direction. Now it comes pretty close to reality.

RE: Table cloth made easy [Tutorial]

A question... Can I ask you if you play games on the computer you're also using to render models with...??
Reason for asking is simple... Since most of your renders seem over exposed, I tend to believe that your monitor is calibrated very dark...No I'm not gaming
but the lights in that room are really very strong. I will show a picture after the reconstruction is finshed.
