Dont know why its not exporting properly, but as a workaround you could use screen capture to record your viewport as you play the animation through in sketchup. Something like this would do it: http://camstudio.org/

Thanks for the tips, all. I am just going to use Premier to do some post for this project, but this would be a neat feature to have in future versions!
