Yes, just go to Import and choose the correct image format. You may have trouble with the area surrounding it unless it's a rectangular logo...colour matching, I mean. Possibly the best way is to make it a transparent png file and hover it a minute amount just above the surface. Alternately, you can make it a jpg but paint the surrounding area the colour of your model at that point. In order to avoid a rectangular colour mismatch at the borders of the jpg, make another small jpg that is just the exact same surrounding colour and use that to paint onto the remainder of that natural area in the model...instead of using a simple SU colour. Another alternative (if it is a simple graphic) is to import it, trace around it, get the face(s) to fill-in, then push/pull it into a 3D logo. You can then shove it into the surface of the object like a cookie cutter and intersect with model to "print" the logo in geometry on the side of your model. Colour it in the usual way, then hide the edges when you are done.

The attached file will give you some ideas. Just click on the scene tabs at the top to walk through it. For more complicated wraparound designs you will need to use the " cookie cutter" to intersect the pole from more than one direction....alignment might be tricky For info on how to wrap an image around a cylinder, check out the Help files and training videos. Note...you can't wrap an image around anything more complicated than a regular cylinder/curved surface; if it tapers vertically, you've got problems. pole_logo.skp [image: Hg5f_pole_logo.jpg]
