Hello all,
I am new to this forum and I am desperately looking for some help. I have tried contacting Technical Support, other forums,... no help yet.

My office has a 2 user network license for Sketchup Pro 6. We are currently experiencing a problem where when anyone tries to use sketchup, you get an error message saying "EXCEEDED_USERS".... even when no one is running Sketchup! Has anyone ever dealt with this problem before? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
