Can I use more than one sketchup model file within a single layout presentation?

I have created a layout document be sending a saved view to layout. When I return to sketchup and send another view to the existing layout file the pop up stating the original model has been changed and remains frozen. I then have to make a new layout file for every page. Before I upgraded to 8 I could assemble multi page documents. This problem only happened intermittently in version 7.
Also can I move my title block template from 7 to 8.
