I looked at your source code and found that you are using Yahoo. You are also using Sitebuilder 2.6.
You may not realize it but that is all you need to set up paypal. You are already well prepared for this.

I have attached an image of the verbage you will find if you go to "ad-ons" in your Yahoo business account. You can walk through the process of setting up a pay-pal button for each PDF you want to sell.

No I think more and more people are speaking up now, you've got to stand by your convictions.

Those of us who feel safe enough to speak about these things have been talking long enough. It is time we took steps.

I walk to work every day. Rain or snow. It is about 3k to my office. I walk through a mostly residential area until I reach the core of the city. I feel lucky that I can walk. In the past two years I've been watching the morning comuters stream by me into the downtown area in their cars. Not a single person walks to work. In the summer I ride my bike. Not a single bike passes.

There is much talk about the carbon count but I don't listen any more. The talk is idle. No one takes action.

Have heart Sorgesu, those feelings are not exclusive and I am guessing you are at that stage in life when it becomes almost second nature to be cynical. I find myself fighting the urge to see so deeply into things. It is not a pretty picture. I think (hope) we have just evolved to another place where our own money, fame, success are less important. The family is the thing if we are lucky enough to have one. In my opinion it is the reason we are here. The greatest joy for me would be to forget the world altogether and spend all my time nurturing/loving that family well into a ripe old age. I think the world can be saved, one family at a time.

That's a good point Ross. My own feeling at first but I'm surprised that Google doesn't do better with their exits. There is much talk about their hiring practice and great working conditions. They need to be as gracious at the back door.

Funny thing...this post has been up for a few hours, Close to 50 people have read it. I guess we are all just a little unconscientionable here. (or as marian pointed out, between a rock and a hard place)

There is a bonzia spam thread running here somewhere. There seem to be mixed reviews. I tried it. What can I say, I'm a spoiled SU user.

    • Google - Good corporate citizen ?

I recently ran across a couple of laid off x-googlers. As would be expected they were not very happy. I listened to their stories in a bit of disbelief. It seems that the share holders are far more important than the employees at Google as it was hinted that they where filing false reports to the Securities and Exchange Commission hoping to hide their real head count so that the true layoff numbers could be concealed from potential stock purchasers.

I did a little research and did find a lot of chatter about it on the internet. My question: Is this true and if so does it really matter. Would you continue to use Google products if you knew they were a deceitful corporation?

I checked again and yes I understand the old pages are still there.
I checked the links that have the new template. The problem is your index page is centered in the browser and your subpages justify to the left. They should either all be centered or all left.

By the way I like the style and the blue color is no problem for me...I just happen to like a bright royal blue.

    • RE: Artistic design competitions

Yes it is much better than the last. The front page (index) is great but everytime you try a new page it seems you get a different layout. This bounces the logo and the navigation elements and style elements all over the place each time you click. Also the entire page refreshes each time you try a new page so again you are jolted with the need to refocus and re-orient your eyes. If it was possible to take a person to new content without rearranging and refreshing everything it would be a more pleasing experience. IMHO the only changes to the page that need to happen are the changes needed to accomodate the new content. I find the best pages do just that. They make it obvious that your new content has arrived without changing the entire viewing area.

a new camera that allows me to bracket and shoot

Be careful with the camera selection. Most auto bracket features will bracket +1 stop and -1 stop only, or sometimes in half stops. so you end up with a prett narrow exposure range accross 2 or 4 photos. Most HDRI construction software allows for the combining of many images accross a very wide range of exposures. Photomatics was mentioned, I believe you can combine 16 images with it. So bracketing is not enough. You want to shoot at as many stops as you can so you need to purchase an SLR that allows you to manually set all stops accross the range that the lens is capable of or at least accross the full range of exposures you want to collect data for.
