Hm I thought I posted this, but anyhow, thanks I got it working.

However, now I'm having an extrude issue.

      http://content.screencast.com/users/Dreamcube017/folders/Jing/media/2a0d1182-e907-4167-afe1-24ead618c114/sKETCHUP ISSUE.png

See those extruded curves on the left? I want to do the same with those on the right, but I guess things can't move along curved surfaces.

I was thinking maybe I should pull them off and extrude them then add them into the model with those boolean operations, but I can't figure out how to pull it apart.

Any suggestions on either seperating the plane and curves on the right or at least how to extrude them to get the same effect I'm trying to get on the left? Thanks.

Thansk for the reply. I am trying to jsut rotate it, but I jsut want it to tturn on one axis and It keeps rotating all these different ways. I know I select a flat surface for the rotating tool, but even so, it still goes wrong. I wish I could just control it on one axis like in other 3D applications.

Hey guys. Haven't been here in a while (old name was Dreamube017) but I'm getting back into Sketchup.

I've created a cube and did some nice detailing on one side of it. It'd be great if I could copy the lines from that side and put them on the other sides so that all the faces would be cut correctly. I have a few extrudes on it as well.

So basically I want to take all the modeling I did on one side of the cube, and copy it to the others. How would I do that?

Also, is there a way to do loop cuts? Thanks.

Oh one more thing... sorry. Is there a way to make surfaces created with curves smoother after they've been created?

      Thanks again.
