I am developing an exterior animation for an urban masterplan project. I've experience with rendering plugins for static images, but never animations. Any recommendations on what program/plugin works best? I've gotten recs from former coworkers for VRAY, lumion, and enscape 3D but am open to anything. Price range is flexible, but prefer to stay around/below 1K.

Most of the animations I create will be at a massing/context scale, so materials/landscape details are less critical than shadows and video quality. Would prefer a program that offers the user lots of control over styles. In terms of graphic quality I am after, the first 15 seconds of this video is pretty much what I am after.
