Tig,
That FIXED the error messages on opening SketchUp. Thank you! But here's the next issue:
When he opens the SketchUcation Extension Store, the dialogue box appears collapsed. It can't be expanded by dragging the corner out, or maximized on the screen.
It happens any way he opens the store...through the menu, or through the Red Cube Button.
The Blue Cube and the Gray Cube both open their related dialogue boxes fine.
Any suggestions for this one??
Dave.
I just installed SU2017 Pro on a user's machine. And then installed (via the Extension Manager) SketchUcationTools_v3.0.5.rbz
This error message appears in the Ruby console on SketchUp start up:

Anyone have an idea about what's going on? He has FULL permissions to all the SketchUp folders.
Suggestions? Thoughts?
Please help...
Dave.
Hi TIG,
Any chance that you've already updated the X-Ref Manager extension, and are just waiting to release it for the world to use?!?
Seriously, I'm running into the same "no scroll bar" problem as above, and would love to be able to keep adding X-Refs into my base model, instead of reference them into separate files that then get referenced into the base model.
And yes, we're willing to PAY you $$ to make it happen! It's THAT valuable for our workflow.
Let us know!
Dave Coop.
Didier,
Is it possible to make this extension return the Sea Level ELEVATION, in addition to the Latitude and Longitude, if the model is geo-located?
We often design our sites from land surveys, which provide spot elevations (height above sea level). It would be great to locate those spot elevations on the site in SketchUp as well.
If not, do you know of an extension that can return the geo-located Sea Level Elevation, similar to how your extension returns the Latitude and Longitude?
Hope you can help.
Thanks.
Dave.
Ever since the 12/5 update, Smooth Zoom causes errors when opening SketchUp 2015. See attached image.
The only way to prevent these errors is by disabling Smooth Zoom from loading. But then I can't activate it!
I'm using SU 2015. It worked fine, until the latest updated via the ExtensionStore 3.0.
Anyone else have this issue? Any suggestions?
Dave.
TIG, I got it working. I think I know what was wrong: My PNG file was almost 28 Megabytes!
I reduced the resolution from 300 to 100, cropped it tight, and the file went down to about 1 Meg.
Image Trimmer worked like a charm!
Thanks for the advice.
Dave.
Can someone please explain to me how to use TIG's Image Trimmer (part of his SKMtools package)?
I'd love to be able to quickly and easily trim my PNG files, so they cast shadows correctly.
TIG, I'd love some advice.
Thanks.
Dave.
Thanks, TIG. Rick hasn't responded to any of my emails, yet.
Does your Image Trimmer do the same thing?
Dave.
It’s been a while since I used Image Profile from Smustard (to great success), to trim around my PNG files so that they cast shows correctly. I think it was in SU2013.
I loaded it into the Plugins folder for SU2015.
I ran it, entered my email and Smustard Password. I clicked to Upload a PNG (from my drive), with all of my settings.
It returned the attached screen.
Does anyone know know if
Hope someone can help.
Thanks!
Dave.
