Hi,
New to SketchUcation - great site!
I'm trying to find a solution to a problem and nothing seems to work.
I looked through a lot of previous posts and none seemed to answer my issue directly. Many people have had a similar problem, though - when I export .avi animations from Sketchup, the image is cropped a couple inches on either side. The common solution offered is to use Sizer possibly in combination with SU Fullscreen (which won't install on my computer for some reason), but I don't think either are really appropriate for me for this reason: I am using a 1920x1080 computer and trying to export to 1920x1080 aspect ratio.
According to most of the help offered, the problem with cropping happens when you have a computer that is one resolution trying to export to another (800x600 trying to export to 1280x800, for instance). In my case, the resolutions are congruent. Any thoughts about what might be going wrong?
While I am at it, two things: A) I don't remember always having this problem, though it's possible I'm just now noticing it with as my current model fills the frame more; and B) in the export animation settings, all of the options are grayed out, meaning I can't change things like anti-aliasing or loop to starting frame, etc. I know I used to be able to change those, so perhaps the issue is somehow related?
Thanks in advance for anyone who can tackle this issue!
