    • Dynamic Componet Incorrect Rotations 2016

I need to get the orientation of a dynamic component, rotX, rotY, and rotZ, but I am encountering a peculiar issue. The numbers I see are sometimes wrong. The issue is reproducible and seems to be related to rotation about the red axis. With the attached model try the following: Using the vertex at the origin as the point of rotation, rotate the component about the red axis 90 degrees toward the positive green axis and then, using the same vertex as the point of rotation, rotate the component 90 degrees toward the positive red axis. When I perform those steps rotX and rotZ vary, the results look something like this, rotX = 127 rotY = 90 rotZ = 142 , or rotX = 56 rotY = 90 rotZ = -154.
I've searched all over and have been unable to find any information related to this issue. I am using Sketchup 2016 Version 16.0.19912. The issue does not occur in SU 2015 or 2014.
