The problem with zorro, is that it's view based. I would like to pick 3 points to define the plane; then get a preview to show which side will be deleted. You should also be able to select the geometry you want to slice. If no geometry is selected, all active geometry will be cut.

I usually use a section plane to do this. I was wondering if there were any plugins that could make it easier.

I need a ruby script that works just like the "rectangle.rb", but does NOT make a face. I looked at the script, and found the line that tells it to make the face. I tried deleting that line, but then it stopped working completely. I don't know much about ruby, so I was hoping someone could reply with the script I need.
