yea, I know it's a fine mesh, but I'm not even going to TRY that... just need a solid surface.
I've DL'd TIGs Extrude tools, but am having an impossible time getting them unzipped... GHEESH.

Would anyone be kind enough to give me advise on how to creat a seat pan and pack for a chair model?

You can find the model in the 3D Warehouse by searching: EMU Vera Chair.

The Seat Pan has a straight back bar that angles up to the front which then changes to a curved shape... back is curved in 2 directions...

BTW, the chair model I have thus far is by no means a great job... just trying to learn!

ANY help would be greatly appreciated!

I've tried making a "Create from Scratch" rectangle and Smoove-ing it, but no luck.
