    • Sketchup pro 2014 - problem

      Hello
I just upgraded from sketchup-pro vesion 6 to sketchup pro 2014.
      I work with a mac (osx 10.7.3).
I have a strange problem with the mouse pointer (never had a problem with previous versions).
The mouse pointer does not respect the point of origin of the geometry that I have to draw.
So any command or selection I have to do is a problem.
The click of the mouse is imprecise and it is impossible to work.
      Can you help me?
      thanks
      Angel

    • RE: Scale and units of the 3d objects

      Thanks Anssi!
I think the problem is just that ...
I have had this problem before.
      So to avoid the problem:

      1. export the file. dwg
      2. Open the file with autocad
      3. review and modify the objects in the right scale.
      4. save.
        I understand you correctly?

      See you soon

      Thanks!
      good idea.
probably in the future will import files from software such as "autocad"
or "archicad" I hope there are no problems ...
      What do you think?

    • Scale and units of the 3d objects

      Hello!
Who can give me some help?
I made some objects using SketchUp Pro 6.0.
I'll have to share this material with others peoples.
These people use other CAD software.
I must be sure that these people read
      these files correctly.
The objects are in 1:1 scale.
      Unit of measurement: millimeters.
Files exported in:. dwg and .3 ds
Is there some trick to make sure that everything is read correctly
      using other software?
In particular I must be sure that scale and units of the objects,
      are not modified.

      Thanks for your help
      Angel
