Thank you remus and mirjman for the very nice comments, actually its a fishing resort in Guatemala which is being developed including a condo and marina.

Those are some ugly piggy banks, but great rendering 😛

Alan, love your work! This is a very nice style and I like the added ground cover in the last one. I think the yellow in the foreground could be more subdued. It keep drawing my eye there rather then the pavilion which is the focus of the rendering not the ground.
