          Kevin: I used a Photoshop filter (Silver Efex Pro) that turn colored images into black and white and there are many styles of BnW in that filter.

          Thanks James for noticing the huge bricks, I didn't saw that one....

                I love these! You really nailed the "old school" render...they look like they are right out of a few '60s architecture textbooks I have on the shelf!

                  Nice style Allan and model looks good.

                  I did notice the same as James, brick texture looks too big on ground level, but still looks good!
