I already have a texture... but i think it isnt that good..(photoshop is hard to use..And Sketchup cant projected it everywehere nice on the model...)So i think i'll wait with the texture till i have some moe skills there.
Thanks Solo, but i didnt really used a proxy to this model... first i make a polygon surface, and move that in from of the t-rex, than just push/pull it, and move and scale...
I modeled in this geometry...

Than just smooth it.. with subdivide and smooth tool.
I modeled it as they do in 3ds max..and other expensive programs
