. . . (yawn) . . .

. . . Happy June . . .
-
. . . a little ffd script exploration . . .
-
. . . izzit just me, or does anyone else see an El Camino ? . . .
-
. . . similar theme as another one with a few changes . . . just playing around, having fun, nothing serious or time consuming . . .
-
. . . it's Thursday here in paradise . . . hope all are enjoying the day/night, where ever you may be . . .
-
. . . this is the same car, just stretched a bit here & there . . . the car went from "sporty 12 mpg" to "dorky 36 mpg" in less than 60 seconds . . . (lol) . . .
-
. . . blah, blah, blah . . . if I showed the "unsmoothed" geometry you could see how super-quick this car went together . . . obviously some details need to be worked out but the idea is conveyed - and, that's the point, right? Quick idea pops into head, scratch it out with S/U, do another one . . . blah, blah, blah . . . still having fun . . .

For those of you who are wondering . . . yes, I do have a life . . . I'm on two month vacation . . . so, I have a little more time to do things I enjoy like flying my r/c planes, running, & sketching cars . . .
-

Maybe, but looks more like a duck to me . . . anyway, here's one with a breathing tube . . . haven't done the back end yet . . . I have so many ideas inside my head - I use paper to scratch them out . . . wish there were 100 hours in each day . . . it's frustrating to have to do other things like cut grass, clean basement, blah, blah, blah . . . still having fun - hope you are too . . .
-
. . . hey, I'm on vacation, so I'm supposed to be having fun - right . . .
-
As I begin to learn this software, I begin to realize how fun it can be, how it allows me to quickly jot down ideas and develop them easily. I find myself designing rather than trying to figure out how to define geometry.
Not that I'm very good at it, but I can see a little improvement from the beginning of this (rather lengthy) thread.
Happy Sketching,
Brad

Nice, i especially like that last one.
reminds me of this:

Thanks remus - I love that Lamborghini - is it art or car? Who cares, gorgeous, eh?
These three images show how I'm playing around with some quick shapes on front & so forth . . . originally, I wanted to tie the front and rear together with a similar, "rough chisel" theme . . . didn't work out very well but I enjoyed the attempt . . . on to the next one . . .
Happy Sketching,
Brad

. . . where would we be without our trucks . . . scary thought . . .
-
. . . one could call this a "chiseling" technique (quite different from the way geometry is defined and edited using the video tutorials I posted a couple months ago) . . . this technique is very fast and easily provides extreme "what if" exploration of shapes, proportions, blah, blah, blah . . .
-
. . . hope you guys are enjoying Base Camp . . . I hope to be there next year . . .
-
. . . added a snout . . . oink-oink . . .
