Reposition Dimension Endpoints?

Hi All,
Is it possible to reposition a dimension endpoint from one location/object to another, thus stretching or contracting the dimension. I tried using the Move tool, but there appears to be no handle for the endpoint alone.

short answer is No I think... unless someone knows something I don't... I believe you have to remake the Dim...

Move one of the points to which the dimension is attached.
