      Greetings:

Is there a way to change, say parking lines which by default are black into yellow or blue (handicap lines). I remember this is an old subject. I will appreciate your help.

First, set your style to display edges "by material", then select the lines (edges) that you want to color (use wireframe mode to save time and drag select), then paint with blue or yellow. Drag select with the ctl key to add all the lines you want colored to the selection set -- then just position your paint cursor on one -- they will all get colored at once. Done.
