Profile Build 3 Not working in SU 2027

seems like something changed in the Ruby engine which prevents Profile Builder 3 from running.
SketchUp: 27.0.267 OS: Windows 11 Ruby: 3.4.9 Extension: Profile Builder 3 (3.3.6) Error: NoMethodError (undefined method 'exists?' for class File) -
Did you migrate extensions from an earlier installation?
Profile Builder 3 by Mindsight Studios is no longer sold or actively developed, as it has been succeeded by Profile Builder 4.
MindSight Studios updated their extensions including Profile Builder 4 to work with SketchUp 2027. Install Profile Builder 4 .
