Joint Push Pull not working

My JointPushPull seems to be unresponsive. I can select the face and click the tools but nothing seems to happen. It could be that I am using it incorrectly but it worked earlier this year. I got JointPushPull around May this year.
I have checked that the liscenses and versions are up to date. Is this a bug?
Help will be greatly appreciated.

Do you have the current version of LibFredo6 (16.3B) and the current Sketchucation ExtensionStore (5.0.8)? You need both of them along with a license for Joint Push/Pull. What version of SketchUp are you using?
It's working for me in SU2027 and 2026.
