VRay won't recognize studio license

I have tried a number of times to load VRAy into SU as I have a Studio subscription which I believe VRay is included in. I have done eah step to load and sign into Chaos license server but still when I open a toolbar it say there is no active VRay license.
Very frustrating as I have been troubleshooting for a few days now so I thought I'd reach out. With thanks.

Have you gone to your Trimble Connect products and tried to access Vray from there?

HI Dave, you're well mate! Yes I did log in to Trimble Connect andclieck My Products which is where I downloaded the VRay file to load which I have done. Tried the Contact Us link if still having trouble and it said there was an authentication error via Salesforce....
Once loaded, I signed into Vray/ Help/Chaos Account which was successful but when I click 'Manage Chaos License Server' it tells me 'No licenses available'
Have contacted Trimble support each day for tha last 3 days and nothing back... bit frustrating!

I'm doing OK but ready for the cold weather to break. I hope you are doing well, too.
Have you tried contacting Chaos Group's Support. They were fairly quick to reply when I had to do that.

Yes I have tried that too and get an AI response with steps to fix it. Have been through that as well and had to uninstall the license server account and reinstall.. still nothing.
I will keep trying through; it woudl be great to just get a resonse from someone real to see if they can help.

Silly question (but this is an error that I myself actually did in the past, so..)
After that, did you make sure that in Chaos login you used the "login with Trimble" option and not the "Login with Google" or something like that? -
All sorted, my license just needed to be undated with Trimble.. I'm away. Thanks Dave.
