reset licenses

Hi guys, I need to reset the number of used licenses... I use a desktop PC and a laptop, I find myself with used licenses that I had on other machines that I don't use or formatted and I see that it is not possible to delete them or deactivate them. In some licenses it made me select the last installation to delete it, but it is the same one I need on the other computer. In some licenses I can not select, flag... Is there a way to clean and reset? Thanks
