FLEXTOOL - installer error after 20% download

Hi, help. I love flextool but I just migrated to a new computer and when I run the installer from the flex tool manager I get this message:
Error Network error. Please check your internet connection and retry.
My internet is perfect and I also tried pausing firewall completely for the download but it would still give me the same error message this time after 45% download. Anybody know what's going on?
How can I get this installed? I need it lol -
