    can't release original license

      Sorry if this has already been addressed but when i go to manage my license I can release two of the three licenses. But the original license can't be released from the My Licenses page. And I no longer have access to the computer on which the original license was activated.
      any ideas how to free up a that one license from my original computer to which i no longer have access?
