The license cannot be activated

I've been using the lifetime license version of FREDOSCALE on two computers for two years.
Now on the second computer the extension asks for activation again
I did everything to activate as always, but the license is now not activated because the message from sketchucation is: license seats exceeded.
Please help me, since I need this for work and I don't want to pay again for a service that I already paid for. -
@jalago Based on the error message, you have used all 3 available seats. You should be able to release the seats on the device where the licence was activated. If you had no access to that device, you should be able to release seats online at your "My licences" page ( https://sketchucation.com/webshop/my-licences.php )

Fine. Thank you. I released 2 old seats, but can't figure out how the HW ID changed to cause additional seats to appear. Maybe because I changed the hard drive? -
