Connect edges tool does not work. Pleeeeease help.

Hello everyone! I have a problem with Quad Face Plugin specifically Connect Edges Tool. I can not understand why it does not connect lower part of the edges. As you can see it connect only upper part. Would appreciate if anyone could help finding solution!
