      20' square footprint, one bedrrom with proper bathroom and walk in wardrobe.

      I meant to post this in the WIP section but the render was lost so I have re rendered. I will redo and add as I get to the different views.

          Much better POV. I would suggest trying about 50% shine or roughness depending on your renderer on every material but the glass. Everything reflects to a degree. Try it I think it will make a big difference. On the wood, walls, painted cabinets, everything including the fabric (maybe 25%

                        This view was the first I thought was on the way, left this running with improvements for quite a while doing other 'stuff'.
