It's been a long time I didn't use skp and I now see I must pay 300$.
Is it the end of free skp ?

For serious fun the last was SU Make 2017
For light fun you have the SU online
For extra fun you have the true free Vizcom !

In free you can have a "Team" of 2 persons for work in the same time!
Prompt = "shipping container home 1100 square feet, 3 bedroom floor plan"
Render with an image for influence
Infinite Cannvas : all can be selected, resized, rotated, Zoomed, Extended text informative!
Any prompt can be added from an image (o not) with a % here 100% so no explicit result! (blue boat)
Zoom (screen capture) with the prompt "blue boat" so no pertinent!
Put % of Drawing = 0 for an explicit result!
prompt = "concept car" with any start image or a sketch or nothing!
Secret of the anim : Layers visibility
Prompt = "concept bicycle" + sketch
Prompt = "portrait" + sketch
The more fun serious program of today!

How should I proceed for download the SU Make 2017?They haven't offered the ability to download SketchUp 2017 Make for a long time. As Pilou alludes, you can search the internet and find other sources for it. Keep in mind those are not official sources. You download at your own risk. The built in browser hasn't had security updates from Windows or Apple for some time so if you choose to install it, you mmight want to consider leaving the computer disconnected from the internet. The 3D and Extension Warehouses haven't supported 2017 Make for years so there's that to consider, too. New operating systems won't be supported by it. I have seen some users report that Make frequently crashes on their computers.
I guess since you're looking for a free version of SketchUp this is just for your hobby use. With some caution you should be fine.

Regarding the 300$ version. Do you know if it's for one year only or an unlimited time ? -
Sketch Up Pro and SketchUp Go are annual susbscriptions. There is no "unlimited time" license.
