So in the past I have purchased ClothWorks & Fredo6 Collection licenses, but I have made a mistake buying them on the same account.
Is it now possible to transfer the licenses(ownership) of Fredo6 Collection to the another account?Thank you!

No, licenses are tied to the account that purchased.
Seats can be used on other devices by other users but the purchaser's item cannot be migrated to another account.
