[Fredo6]How can I remove a license from another pc

I want to un-license the license sheet on another pc, but I don't see a check box on the license page.
Is there a solution? -
I also want to know that 2/3 can be deleted and 1/3 cannot be deleted

Yes i also can only release the license of my third seat, but i want to release the first license as i believe it is attached to my sketchup 2022 version. now i cant use roundcorner or curviloft on my home laptop sketchup 2023 version, kinda weird tbh

I am in the same boat too. Have 2/3 licenses that can't be released and I know why. I have been dealing with serious PC issues and have had to reinstall Windows with the option of deleting my files checked.
How can I just release all of my licenses?

Can you get that device to least update to Sketchucation Tools 4.3.1?
We need to get you to a point where you can at least manage a device yourself. Your output has 4.2.9 and and older license system.
Once that's sorted email support@sketchucation.com and we can look at the rest.
