MSPhysics and SU2022

Dear Community,
My boss needs MsPhysics working on his SU2022PRO (WIN10).
After many tries, it works on my SU2022PRO (WIN10).
I copied my plugins folder to it's computer by it doesn't work on his computer.
Do you have an idea of what is wrong with copy plugin folder ?
