Trying to locate old plugin/extension

Hi guys, just updated from SU2022 to SU2023 Studio. I thought I had found all my plug ins and reinstalled them but I am missing one. I have a small screenshot but that is all
.
It was for easily building walls and pipes and had two white icons, the left being a little wall at a right angle and the right being a pipe at a right angle. From what I can see on an old screen shot was 'Build....' but I have searched build walls/pipes - build wall/tubes etc but can't for the life of me find the original plug in. I just used it for pipework as you didn't need to follow a line/path etc you just clicked on it and gave it a diameter length etc. Any help would be great,

That's the Build+ toolbar that's in SketchPlus. Which is not that old since the Build+ tools were added last September.

Thanks very much, I didn't know whether it was old, just assumed it was as I couldn't find it!! I will search build plus and hopefully find it,
