When I export a dxf, then go to do another, it's exporting as a dwg, and I need to change it back to dxf. Can that be fixed? I'm on Win if that matters.

        How is that even possible?

The File > Export > 3D model... dialog forces you to pick file type every time you export. It should remember your last pick though. It does for me.

I would guess the odd behaviour is targeting only you I'm afraid.

In Windows you can change the Open dialog dropdown behaviour via the Local Group Policy or the Regedit.

But its so deeply buried that there's no way you managed to do so without knowing.

              Bizarre.
