Here is a discussion on the Twilight Render forum that I thought many of you might find interesting.LiDAR Scanning

LiDAR scanning allows you to scan things in the real world and create 3D models/objects that can then be included in SketchUp (or other 3D modeling tools). It really appears to be an interesting tool. Hope you enjoy and can post some interesting things on this forum.
