Do Components keep folder structure?

Hi All,
Do components keep there folder structure afte you paste?I have spent some time sorting out a fairly complex model into groups and applying Tags to them as well as Folders
I use component finder (Flextools) to manage components and after dragging a dropping all the folder structure has gone
is this expected behaviour ?
I hope its not

I assume you mean tag folders? Unfortunately the tag folders are not saved as part of the component.
