I have a site plan.pdf but have no idea how to measure things. I need to measure that wall length center right.

The drawing.pdf is a 1/8" = 1' but there isn't a scale bar or any measurements. I'd like to bring a screen shot of the plan in to SUp to scale, fingers crossed!

If you import the image as Image and place it into the viewport it'll be some arbitrary size.

Measure the wall with the tape measure the type the distance it should be and it resize to that dimension.

So your 8" border is a good candidate to measure.

        Unless I've missed the question?

But I don't know the distance / length of the wall that's why I'd like to measure it.

prob no way without some scale or measurement on the plan.

You may have missed it in Rich's comment, there is one possible candidate in the PDF that could let you measure to set the scale. The 8" Stone Border. If it is 8" across you can use it to get the drawing to the right size.

Yeah that would get me close, if the draftsman was detailed enough.

It certainly wouldn't get you an accurate 'to cut' size, but then I'd never trust measuring off a drawing for that.

Yeah I'll have to go up there to the site and measure things myself, it's an hour drive though ..
