Bugsplat Log

Is it normal for Sketchup (SU 2022 Pro) to create a bugsplat log upon startup for every session? I'm not getting a bugsplat but it's created a log in my temp directory and the log itself is empty. Something I may or may not have ever noticed in the past and may not be a bug. Thanks.
