3D text does not work

My 3D text does not work anymore. I can not even select another tool without hitting escape key.

This is in SketchUp 8 on Mac as indicated in your profile? What version of the Mac OS are you using?

Very big difference between Windows and Mac.
When you try to use it does sketchup appear to freeze and the computer makes a noise every time you click the screen?
If so the 3d text input dialog is probably offscreen.
If so you can use a set of keyboard commands to get it back. -

Thanks for helping me. It's like Box describe. I easily loose track of input boxes since I'm using 3 screens. How can i bring the 3d text input dialog back.

With the focus on 3d text, in other words when it is going Bing, Press Alt and Space together, then tap m (assuming English, other letter for move in different language) then tap any arrow key and finally, without clicking, move the mouse around until the dialog appears, click to drop.
