LO Pro 21 not working despite a valid subscription

SketchUp Pro 2021 can be opened, but Layout Pro 2021 cannot.
A window pops up with the question: "Ready to start your free 30-day trial period?"
But I'm registered and my subscription runs until March 18, 2023.
Does anyone have similar problems or even better - a solution? -
Go to the Help menu and sign out. Then sign back in. With the Subscription license you need to sign in every 28 days to ping the license server. Sounds like you got beyond the 28 days.

Thank you very much. Worked. But that is an unusual approach. Does this mean that inaction while using SketchUp is punished?

No. It means that every 28 days you have to ping the license server by signing in. You should expect to have to sign in if you haven't used it for some extended time. Shouldn't be a big deal. Chrome autofills the sign in fields for me and it only takes a second or two. I use SketchUp every day and don't really remember the times I have to sign in. I know it happens but it's such a trivial thing that it doesn't get remembered. It certainly isn't a punishment.
